For more than three decades, Mukesh Advani, the founder of The Advani Law Firm, has helped individuals and businesses utilize practical and business-driven solutions to resolve disputes. This approach has resulted in saving his clients substantial amounts of money allowing them to focus on their core business.
Not all disputes resolve early and some need to go through litigation in the Court system. For those disputes, Mukesh is also a highly skilled and passionate attorney. In litigation and appellate matters, Mukesh has represented business, both small and large (including Fortune 500 Companies) and individual clients, with some landmark cases that were decided by the California Supreme Court.
For the last 30 years, Mukesh has been continuously rated A.V. (very high (legal ability) to preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell and included in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mukesh is also included in the 2014, 2015, 2018, and 2019 edition of the Northern California Super Lawyers.
Mukesh has published articles, authored white papers, and taught continuing legal education classes on cutting edge legal issues including: appellate law, employment law, The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, privacy laws and regulations, corporate ethics, and law practice management Issues in many prestigious forums, including at the American Bar Association’s annual convention and at the annual convention of National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
