This Agreement may be amended at any time without specific notice to you. The latest version of the Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. THE ADVANI LAW FIRM AND EACH OF ITS PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASEES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY ERRORS OR OMISSION IN THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SITE, INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR LINKS, THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE OR ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE. THE RELEASEES SHALL ALSO NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTS, OMISSIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.
