Welcome to The Advani Law Firm's website. This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the Advani Law Firm governing your use of this website. (the “Site”). The term “The Advani Law Firm” “us,” “we” or “our” refers to The Advani Law Firm. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Site. By using the Site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms of the Agreement. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.
1. Amendments to this Agreement
This Agreement may be amended at any time without specific notice to you. The latest version of the Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. Your continued use of the Site after it has been amended will signify that you consent to the Agreement, as modified from time to time.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship Created By Using The Site
Your access to or use of the Site or contacting us using the Site or through email does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship with us is created only when a written agreement to provide you with legal services is signed by the Advani Law Firm. You should not send us any confidential information to us through this Site or through an email until an attorney-client relationship has been established. Before an attorney-client relationship is established, any information you send us will not be privileged or confidential under attorney-client privilege.
5. Statement in Compliance with Certain Rules of Professional Conduct

9. Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnity, and hold The Advani Law Firm and our affiliates, partners, members, associates, agents, attorneys, employees, subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses or suits, including attorney’s fees, that arise directly or indirectly out of and from your use of this Site, breach of this Agreement, or any information you provide to us through the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
THE ADVANI LAW FIRM AND EACH OF ITS PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASEES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY ERRORS OR OMISSION IN THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SITE, INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR LINKS, THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE OR ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE. THE RELEASEES SHALL ALSO NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTS, OMISSIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.
THE RELEASEES WILL ALSO NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF ANY PORTION OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASEES WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 AND THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES.
11. Use of Information/Privacy Policy

12. Miscellaneous
The validity and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. The parties each hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all purposes in the state courts located in Contra Costa County, California. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. This Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or rule requiring construction against the party causing such instrument or any portion thereof to be drafted, or in favor of the party receiving a particular benefit under this Agreement. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this Agreement shall be or become illegal, null, void or against public policy, or shall be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, null or void or against public policy, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired or invalidated thereby. This Agreement sets forth the entire Agreement between the Advani Law Firm and you and fully supersedes any and all prior versions of the Terms of Use. The headings in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall neither affect the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement nor affect any of the rights or obligations of the parties to this Agreement. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
